Very nice 2 night stay. Kitchen for cooking. Tastefully decorated and clean rooms with a refrigerator and central heating.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

Beds were comfy, everything was good. A full kitchen was such a bonus. Secure location, we loved it.

I recently stayed at Ibex Heights in Lusaka for a business trip, as it was chosen by my director. The accommodation was superb and I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor pool facility. I absolutely loved my stay at Ibex Heights! The value for money was great and the room was top-notch with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and modern amenities. The location was perfect, situated in a clean and safe area. The staff, especially Florence, the owner, was incredibly kind, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I truly felt at home.

The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast, which could have been improved with more variety.

The unit I stayed in at Ibex Heights was absolutely fantastic! It felt like a home away from home with a fully-equipped kitchen that had a fridge and a stovetop. I loved being able to cook my own meals and have all the necessary kitchenware at my disposal. It made my stay so much more convenient and enjoyable.

The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the stovetop in the apartment. It just didn't quite meet my expectations.

The hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, just 19 km away, made it a hassle-free option for a short stay. the database provided accurate information about the hotel's location, allowing me to easily plan my journey.

During my stay, there were frequent power outages lasting for hours. While I understand that load shedding is a common issue in Zambia, it would have been appreciated if the hotel had implemented measures to mitigate the inconvenience for guests.
